Products and information
We aim to describe our products accurately, including their materials, dimensions, features, and prices. Please read the product description before ordering. Colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen.
If we find an error in a listing or discover that an item cannot be supplied, we will contact you about the order and provide any refund owed. We may update product information and prices, but a change made after you place an order will not increase the price of that order without your agreement.
Orders and payment
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD). The total payable amount, including any applicable tax, is shown at checkout before you place your order. Shipping is free for orders within our delivery area.
You must provide accurate contact, payment, and delivery information. After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation. If we cannot fulfill an order because an item is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, or there is another legitimate issue, we will notify you and refund any amount charged for the unfulfilled order.

Shipping and delivery
We ship to the contiguous 48 U.S. states. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international addresses.
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated transit time after shipment is 5–8 business days with FedEx. These timeframes are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or holidays. If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will notify you and provide the options required by applicable law.

Cancellations, returns, and exchanges
You may request to cancel an order before it ships by contacting us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, our return process applies.
Eligible returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery. We also accept eligible exchanges for the same item or an item of equal value, subject to availability. The conditions, shipping arrangements, and refund timing are explained in our Return and Refund Policy. Please contact us before sending an item back.
Product issues
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and details of the issue. We will review the matter and provide an appropriate resolution. We do not offer an additional commercial product warranty. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies you may have under applicable law.

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit false or misleading information.
